Today we introduce to the game patch 17.2, mainly with the purpose of solving issues related to Season 1 patch. We had, however, time to get some extra stuff in this update that we are sure, you will appreciate.

• Reduced damage of Zin Heaven and Heaven General;
• Increased damage of Aqua Dragon;
• Zin Heaven Commander drop of Blue Crystals increased, except those spawned by the General which won't drop any;
• Fixed an issue which caused people dancing not to be seen if they stopped the dance;
• Taskbar and side buttons (Raise Skill, Quests, etc.) adapt a bit better to screen size now;
• New Pet button in Taskbar;
• Pet slot selection window has been removed;
• Fixed pet attributes going beyond 18.
• New effect for pet levelup;
• Hairstyles at Hong Hae are cheaper now, but there's no free hairstyle;
• Added missing Atlas Map for Guatama Cliff;
• Added missing textures in Map 1 farm;
• Capoeira Costumes and Hairstyles can now be placed in Costume window;
• Fixed textures in the Fire Land buildings;
• Razador mobs fixes: fixed invisible mob issue.
• Fixed: wrong display of magic attack damage in skill description.
• Flaming Arrow now has a burning effect.
• Added new mob chat lines.
• Removed "Defense" from character create / select window.
• PvP arena's FFA mode had its respawn points adjusted
• Meley mobs fixes: added new skills, increased mob attack range.

Additionally, we are introducing the Halloween Event 2018.







Fear players!

Fear...? I meant to say dear... actually nevermind it's halloween time everyone so I guess fear is appropriate!

Our Halloween Event for 2018 will run from the 25th of October 2018 to the 2nd of November 2018.

During this time, you'll be able to engage in a variety of activities related to the festivities and Johwa City will be coated in spooky scary stuff to set the atmosphere!



The reapers are working overtime..

The spirits of Halloween find themselves hiding in all forms of live in Johwa City. Fear is omnipresent and the sounds of horror are hard to miss. You can only find out for yourself in what ways these spirits might be waiting to spook up your day.

The Devil is in the pumpkin..

Pumpkin Heads will spawn around certain maps and will run away if you approach them, but not before doing one of several things to you. Is it a blessing or a curse? Only they know. They might even summon a great Giant Pumpkin at extremely rare odds containing festival wonders for you to unearth!

They can be found in Johwa City, Desert, Mountain Sohan, Guild Land maps, Dragon Valley and the Guatama Cliff.



It's only fair to treat yourself...right?

You will be able to drop Candy, Magic Wands and Pumpkins through farming. Monsters will leave behind Magic Wands, Metin Stones may contain Candy (presuming they are not from within a dungeon) and Pumpkins can drop from Bosses (higher level bosses may drop several at a time).

Deliver 2 Candies, 2 Magic Wands and a Pumpkin to Jack O' Lantern, who will be waiting for you in Johwa City, in exchange for one of his favourite treats: The Ghost Candy. Handu-Up is willing to trade said Ghost Candy for a Halloween Box containing spooky rewards! If you earn his favor he might even give you a Golden Pumpkin.



Swords will do no good with Ghosts!

Should you happen across a Giant Pumpkin, only Halloween Weapons will be able to deal damage against these spectral beings! Please make sure to grab yours from Jack O'Lantern timely when the event begins! You wouldn't want to miss out on your well-earned spectacle!



Dress up for the occasion!

You may be able to obtain certain costumes through Giant Pumpkins. While a few of them return to haunt you from last year, there's also a new set waiting for you to discover! Additionally, a different coloured variant of the new set is available in Itemshop for the impatient ones wanting to howl into the night this halloween! You should make sure to definitely work on both to be ready for the spooky spectacle this year!

Well it seems like almost every halloween event is as boring as the last one... -1

Ich hätte mir was besseres erwartet, Map1 wurde so gut editiert jedoch ist das Event für die Tonne.

If you think we can work on the merge, a big event and season 2 at the same time your expectations are very unrealistic.

We ran the same event as last year regarding the drops, but the city was heavily edited and we added the blood and the npc deaths, as we wanted it to be about the atmosphere not the drops. But some people are not happy if there isn't some material gain.

The long awaited merge and Season 2 are the focus as these are permanent changes; and no matter how good the Halloween event was, it would come to an end after today all the same, and you would have forgotten about it in two weeks.

More like some players WERE happy.
Merge will only flood RMT market too.

Zur Info: Heute wurden die Server gemerged! Habe früher gespielt und war der P-Server der mir am Besten in Erinnerung geblieben ist...Hoffe es gibt nen kleinen Aufschwung ;D

Yesterday, the merge of the Eclipse and Romania servers into the new Aurora server became effective, following up on a poll which took place last September and had as a result around 80% of the playerbase pushing for the now effective merge.

The Romania server players have been placed in the Jeongbog dinasty which now gets its own map, the Deungsang Citadel:


The population of the resulting server has its numbers again close to those of the glory days of WoM2 Global, with more than 800 players online at this moment and 5.000 accounts logged in the last 24 hours, in what we can consider without doubt a very successful action.

I hope you guys will manage to keep this player base for a while - lets just hope you won't make the same mistakes which let wom2 almost "die".
