well , import and export menu doesnt show up. it says Loading : OK!

Edit : it got fixed after installing visual studio thing . :/

I'm not entirely sure as to why I cannot get x7 to work.
I've done everything required -- which includes installing VSC++2012, and when I run x7 and start S4 afterward, I get no confirmation deal on x7. It doesn't load up or give me the option to Import/Export, and the game itself just starts. Is anyone else having this issue?
