Woofer has never worked at keeping my HWID clean. Not to mention they delete all non-+rep feedback to inflate how positive their numbers look. Bad product and bad team.

EDIT: Finally ticket was opened and answered in 6 hours!!! But unfortunately Woofer doesn't work on my ASUS mobo so I'm left hanging.

EDIT2: Yeah don't waste your time on Woofer for now. They used to be #1 back in the days and actually had support, specially Plus members like myself. Now I believe they're facing a lawsuit against Riot or smth like that I believe. Anyways, time to find another reliable spoofer provider.

-will unhwid ban you but only temporarily, you will be able to play for about a day on a new account before having an account and hwid ban. then u will wait 3 days only for it to happen again.

also im not the only person having these issues, they have reviews on their site which they dont delete as often for being negative (they make it look like its 4.5* even tho its not even close to that)

I am trying to buy a key but can't open a ticket on discord says limit is 500. if i buy a license how can i open a ticket to walk me through the steps?

I’d say woofer is pretty much dead which is a shame because I have a lifetime sub and have been using it for 7-8 months across multiple games no issues at all. If another anticheat patch comes out it might get dtc. Also support is terrible for anyone with issues. At least hire some more supports or actively recruit new people into the team and it will speed up tickets

Instructions are given without opening a ticket. Tickets are usually for questions or problems that arise after using woofer.

I have ASUS x570 MOBO, I bought a spoofing key 5 days ago. but after following ALL INSTRUCTIONS. got banned first game.

I waited 3 days, did a rewoorf I followed their instructions again and made sure I ask along the way (did everything as instructed). banned after first game.

P.S. PC is clean, didn't use a chair or anything.

I do not mind sending all proofs.
