Don't think you quite understand. When people have moon weapons, the damage they hit our 64-69 sets will be massive, they will 1 shot all nukers and probably 2 shot str's

Only the first snow shield should be allowed for Pure STR, because:
First: Any Pure STR can use the last Snow Shield if they want. Mana is not a problem, just set it at 99% and be immortal for 2 minutes;
Second: If you have never seen a server in which only the first Snow Shield is allowed for Pure STRs I guess you must be new here, please don't talk too much about things you have no clue about.


Yeah, I've killed Lord legit with 64-69 gear too - it sucked and the 64 weapons are just too weak. Of course PvPing with this gear is balanced, everyone has the same one roflmfao. Silkroad is all about pimping your gear, you must hate alchemy or something so, yeah, your argument is invalid.

This is one reason for adding 72-77 shit. Also, the 80 NPC Hunters/Thieves being really strong, Lord Yarkan (maybe it'll be worth something killing him in the future) and also other new 80 Uniques, who knows.

Umm well 40-70m peace aint that much i think.. Heard a trader makes about 50m with 5* so... I think 100m and lets say 20-30 BA coins would be fair (ba is pretty fun and should be worthable to go in my oppinion xD).

You gotta remember that let's say 70m each piece means u need 770m just to get Full 72-77. Now you need to buy elixirs, stones, lucky powders... Gold only is the way to go.

I said didnt saw server where STR can`t even use first snow also i said first snow is enough for str because if we for example use 50% snow shield you are not allowed to use skills for sure if u have high dmg oponent. I will keep trying to get a SoM weapon for obvious reasons, not sure if I even have to tell what are they. So, in my opinion, you got nothing to lose.

The SoM/SoSun thing... SoSun is overly overpowered. I mean, it's even pathetic and only disencourages new players, SoM is good enough.

As of right now, people are creating new characters to have more than one piece of D8 armour to try +6, +7 etc. I am pretty sure this is not what you want.

PvPing with people that have the same gear as you is pretty lame so, yeah, I think these are enough reasons to add 72-77 gear, just don't make a big deal outta this...

Indeed adding the normal items for gold will make the main idea of server or the main systems is nothing.

Main idea to get those items from many different resources , if players will not care about som then after some trades peoples will get gold and buy everything and that's it No fun anymore.

Pimping your gear won't be cheap. A few trades won't be enough. Put the price as high as you want to, just understand that, someday, people will have 72-77 top items - it's inevitable... but that will take some time, as long as alchemy is not easy.

With the prices I put in the previous post, you'll probably need 1b-1.5b to have good gear 72-77. 1.5b / 50m that's 30 trades/robberies and if you think it's too easy, raise the prices but someday people will have +8/+9 gear, it's fate.

Then the SoM race begins.

I have no globals and just saw your global: "Let's replace SoM with SoSun" - SoSun is EXTREMELY strong dude, watch out. Test SoSun weapons against a +5 72-77 set FB in your local server and you'll understand. Seriously, SoM is good enough, SuN is the same as saying "New players? No thanks."

I'd like to state my opinion as a person who hasn't played on your server yet:

You want the server to be balanced, so you don't want anyone to be overpowered. Then SOM weapons are just what you are looking for, since they are +2 stronger and have more critical rate than lv 72 weapons. That way SOM owners indeed have transcendence, at the same time won't be extremely overpowered.

I'd suggest you to let the gear sets be default, cause if you want your server to be oldschool, there shouldn't be so many edits on the main features I think.

You are right i was thinking the same and som is fine anyway they will go for it.

I think i will add the items for gold plus some job points.

Add Sun's but decrease it's dmg/def etc because it will be too op. Or just increase SoM's stats.

I think instead of the last tier, the 2nd tier is also fine with gold buying or auto equip.
Last tier to buy with gold and like 25 job kills per gear part, and 75/100 for the 72 wep.
And btw imo don't know about others I think 300 job kills for a garm part or accessory part is a bit to high..
for a weapon 300 is fine.

I think som is fine because it's 2 plus more than 72+ gears.

Every completed 5* trade gives a trader 1 jobkill, 1 successfull robbed 5 * trade gives every thief in the pt also 1.. (when goods sold for trader&thief).
For hunters need to look a solution for this.. maybe need to be in the party BEFORE a trader buys the goods.

Said again.. might be an idea due the traders sit on their convoy and a hunter protects them so it's not 1 2 3 possible for a trader to kill a thief.. unless there is a jobwar going on.

And yes 300 points is a wep/gear/accessory..
but do 300 trades or 300 successfull robs.
1 trade +- takes 30 mins.
so 300 x 30 mins = 9000 minutes, which is 150 hours / 24 hours(1day) = 6,25 days..
so it still isn't that easy to get just 1 part if you only trade or w/e.

SoM won't be fine, cause people will work hard on it and will stay at +5 only cause they will be afraid that their SoM might get destroyed. People with last tier will just have higher pluses and that will mean last tier is better than SoM.

And also nerf force debuff deletion skill... Today i've tried to make 2-3 debuffs and when I successed in making 2 debuffs he just cancelled them by 1 skill...
