If you set solo exp like that party exp would be a little higher so if you want to get higher exp you will need to gather with your team > more jobbing community > more activity & challenge
Same must be to traders idk but mostly of them are just greedy you must do something about it like you must get a hunter in your party to get more exp or more gold? idk how to do that but there must be a way, also about the traders exp it's too high, a trader can get 3 levels by just one trade so you gotta decrease it, also you will need to change job suits level because it's all on level 7.

re-exract the client again and update it, while updating delete temppath folder and it will work

Download the new client from the website, tempath fix doesn't solve this for most.
