i did all the steps it goes in the game an i can see the hack menu but it won't load so i can log in it just gets out of the game just like that can anybody help me?

hi hope to hear from you soon!! anyways it loads and everything but when i go to cf and start it the menu shows but then i get a message saying "cross fire error " "error, do you want to report? " is that hack patched or what?
then it says something about cannot open shatter file not found
