Its seems lots of people agree that this is a virus.

I have not seen this first-hand if this a virus or not, but according to all
these posts, this is indeed a virus.

Unless someone has a statement that proves completely that this is not a
virus, a mod/admin should close this immediately before any other users accidentally don't read the other posts and downloads a supposedly virus.
