Dosnt work... everytime the answers like this:

"We are sure of the action taken and we will not revert it. We have given you all the information about it that we could, and that's why I'm closing this ticket."

Well, i was Banned once from Riot also for beeing Toxic.
They wont Unbann you cause of their TOS...
