yes, this is the best way, I did it on multiple accounts ... None of these accounts has not been banned - and it's free, so I just recommend the best method.

This method uses 200,000 igc. Is it really better than buying the license plates for 7500?

yes its far better because you have to spend 200000 one time only and this method is too fast than any bot ,i unlock ford rs achievement in 18 min though this method,while bot take min. 50min plus 3M$ igc, and buying license plates are time consuming method ;)

I recorded my mouse buying rims for 6k;6,3k and it kept switching them and installing them :)

You can use CLIOV6 too. Bodykit costs only 20.000 $
