Can anyone upload agBot v1.5.5 to somewhere that is easy to download (Maybe FileFront) instead of RapidShare. ^^

i think for the cave issue u should guys try to un mark the option of use hunting area and press start bot right where the bot is and see if it will start attacking mobs or not.
i hope it will

that wont work unless the mobs attack u ^^

i already uploaded the bot to Filefront, everything is on the wiki. ^^

Ok... played SRO years ago, being trying to find a good bot ever since, finally found one yay! *does dance* got recommended by a friend, so i thought id give it a try.

Now, before i get told to "learn to read" i have read everything, so i realise this is probably my fault for not being able to get it to work, but if you really want to waste your time telling me that fine. If you can link me to a relavent thread that will explain how to make it work properlly in terms ill understand, then please do.

Ill just explain what iv done, so if you can help me within a few words, you can.

1. Installed SRO and updated using SRO launcher. No problem so far.
2. Downloaded all versions of AgBot and all required dll and ocx files.
3. Installed all ocx and dll files and did the whole cmd thing, so i know that works because im getting no error messages so far.
4. Moved latest version of AgBot into my silkroad folder along with maps folder
5. I then patched the media.pk2 file using the patcher which i ran as administrator ( file > run as > administrator ). This worked fine, patch completed properly
6. Ran nuConnector as admin, again this came up fine ( cmd says "Listening for Bot Connection)
7. Ran AgBot as admin, selected Config1, The window closes and AgBot doesn't load. nuConnector still says "listening for bot connection". I tried starting sro but it now says "server down for maintenance".
8. Checked official website, no servers down for maintenance. Uninstalled everything and then reinstalled legit sro. It works fine, server isn't down.
9. Repeat steps 1-9 until bored and ended up asking for help with the anticipation of being told i can't read or that im a noob.

As you can see, i think iv pretty much done everything i can, i realise iv probably missed out a small bit of information cruicial to everything, but rather than just telling me that, could you actually just tell me what that is and how to fix it? id much appreciate that and itll take you just as much time to flame me, as it will to tell me what iv done wrong and how to fix it... much love and all the rest...

yep, you missed one thing, and it's like most of the time in the first post ^^.. agBot Doesn't show up! that's what it's called...

The maintaince thingie is when u dont have nuconnector running, it is cause sro is trying to find its servers and when they arent responding "they should be under inspection" And when u patch media.pk2 u tell sro to not look after the correct servers, instead u tell sro to connect to your own local computer. And there Nuconnector is waiting for you and redirect the traffic to the real servers.

But the problem about the agBot not starting, i have no clue about that. Some friends and people has this problem too, and we tried with updating everything and still no luck. And this is both on vista and xp.

So somewhere there is a bug that we dont know about. -_-

yes, but that doesn't explain why when i open up sro AFTER iv run AgBot, even though AgBot isn't showing up, that SRO just won't work... any explanation for this?

If your using windows xp then just download the library files on the first page and install them^^
The reason why you get the "server is under inspection" message is because you still have the media patcher file loaded onto the SRO file so it needs the NuConnector to start. Solution: if you want to run SRO without bot unpatch mediapatcher file first

I've noticed an odd error, but it might be linked to how resorce hungry the bot is, but when i go on youtube or other video sites, agbot closes after awhile. Again this might be because I have a very old comp and revbot is resource hungry

The new Version is really nice.
Again a little bit faster than the 1.5.4.3, really much fewer invalid target.
Especially more than 1 mob attacks you, bot react alot better and he uses SKills now faster too.
Hope it doesnt increased DC or something like that ^^

Go to the item config under the config tab and wait for it to load, once it's loaded then move all the items that you want to keep/ pick up into the inventory colum and all the items that you don't want the bot to pick into the floor colum. At this point I'm not really sure what the other colums do^^

I've worked out most the kinks in mine ^_^ thanks. Oh, one thing though, when downloading the update (so my char will pick up sos, som sosun) where do i unzip it to? I just put it in my copy sro folder with the bot, is that right?

Yep, copy everything into the SRO folder ^^

hmm, the newest version seems to work slower than the old one...
It takes a few seconds between selecting the mob and start attacking...

first .. mediapatcher .
2) libralyfiles
3) nuconnector config
4) nuconnector
5) agbot

this bot work fine .. ( only for 15 or 20 minutes max )
and the bot is closed .. ( only the bot ) not nuconnector .

realy i dont know how can i use this bot .. all time got this problem

Damn i still have problem about picking items i puted everithing in Inventory bar saved it but bot still not pic up items :( Whats wrong could be?

This bot can save item to storage?

my bot works well but im kinda worried about the drops. the bot pick up so delayed and even missed out some items.

does the delay in picking of items and gold included in the update?

or if POSSIBLE, maybe next update, u may add pick first option or a 2sec delay when picking items or something like that.

Also added Hotkey F5,F6,F7 to start/stop bot, show/hide Bot, Show/Hide silkroad (Hotkey should work with Vista if you rightclick agBot and runs as an Admin on Compability).

Als je op F5 drukt, start/stopt de bot. Op F6 verbergt/komt tevoorschijn Bot. Op F7 verbergt/komt tevoorschijn Silkroad. Sneltoetsen zouden werken in Vista als je runt als admin.. :)

and no more .. can i see too many ppls have this problem.

least is bad engrish :p He means less ... when the agbot used to fight you would get a lot of 'invalid target' messages in your console, the new version should have less of these messages, thus selecting new monsters quicker :)

does bot work after inspection???

the newest bot doesn't seem to pick up items. i tried changing the item list but it still didnt work. any ideas?

there is a fix posted up for the newest version, but it's not the item fix file. its another agbot.exe. does it fix the pick up probelm?

I had this problem too. just extract agBot.exe from 1.5.4.3

more like youre just garbage at using it. it works for hours on end, and the people who do have problems with it not working after a short time have it fixed by the mods of this thread

it still doesn't pick up items after using the new fix :S anyone have this problem?
