the server have maybe 10-15 max 18 days
and for the owner the best cap is 90 :)
so why increase it ?

Because it's something new and refreshing.
90 cap is good, for sure, but! it will get boring after a while, especially in vanilla servers like this.

The idea of new cap every X weeks/months sounds awesome.

probabily the cap 90 is the best about balance between eur+china
i'm here only bcz of long term/old style/no stupid edits & bcz i really trust in weeman
probabily i will continue if he increase to 100 but leave if he increase to 110 (the worst cap for me)

too bad you are wrong, weeman already said it will stay at 90.

That would make it hard for new players.

Imagine this server gets 6 months old, plenty of 90s around farmed and you join as a level 1 that requires some days of sp farming and then leveling while the 90 already have sets and stuff.

Besides, low rate servers don't appeal to everyone so that would make it even harder to get new players here.
