I've met that error only on 64bit OS and sometimes when .NET framework was not installed.
Let me know if you're in one of this cases.

Today i have big problem with sthealt bot, When i press F9 for start training , i bot for 10 sec and sro crash !!! I have try 10times , and crash !!! ihave try other nuconnectore and crash !!! :((:(: Why ??

Perform an hardware upgrade mean, better performance.
Was permed the san replacement too, it take time.
This kind of down of service are not signal of bad management or lowcost services.
We upgrade our system to improve the quality of service, don't delete posts to reduce the db occupation as happen in some other communities ;)

Now not work, i read server is closed, i want to know, a what time, how many hours have to wait.

deleted by the admin... had they change the website.. or it just wont work again ?

they had a hardware upgrade where thye had to shut the server down to install
obviously it didnt go smoothly
