Are there problems with the server? Keep getting disconnected and also there aren't any players online. Is it dead?

I only see players playing when limitless is on and really active when have exp buff...Can't do much without exp buff, maybe make some events to occupy time. Also still getting disconnected once awhile even after changing launcher
