you should try different ver of agbot/nuconnector even try srproxy

in programs launch execute then type "regedit" in the execute windows and ok.
when the regedit is open search for "wsock.ocx" (using Ctrl+f). it will show you the file wsock.ocx and just right clik and delete it.

I think you need restart your computer (as i done myself) and after you can launch AGbot and it will not close by itself.(BTW AGbot is now running for more than 4 hours without any problems :D )

Hi,

I have some trouble installing the bot. I downloaded all the necessary files, installed them (ocx; library files;pasted the agbot/nuConnector/testosterone tool in the Silkroad folder;and used the mediapatcher).

Then I start nuConnector-> start Agbot-> and then I should be able to open from testosterone the SroClient, but it says "Please execute the silkroad.exe". And when I try without the NoDC client, my name does not appear in the AgBot-Window when I'm logged into the game. Hope you guys can help me out, thx in advance:handsdown:.

if you patched mediapk2 make shure the "redirect" box in the loader is unchecked

Guys,sorry for offtopic,but...did someone noticed today 25.10.2008 problems with sro? i mean...mine shows sometimes inspection,if i try again start buton doesnt show...my nuconnector say's cant connect to.."that ip"...some ppl are experienceing same problems like me...so if someone got em too...answer me.

Sorry for the delay, there was quite a few thing I needed to re-work internally inside agbot.
No real information on it, but now it comes with the clientless built in I think. Probably DC bug will be fixed.

Try relaunching it a couple of times its quite slow at first, mine works now and is alright speed at opening. It has a lot of new features thats why, i am sure it will improve.

are you launching it from the new package? Or have you dragged and dropped new files like agbot client with your old ones. launch from new package it should work, i am using vista btw

What software you got guys, xp? vista?

I think the guy who codes agbot uses vista im not sure. But I use vista and it works fine. I have run the silkroad with new agbot for 2 hours, no crash. its perfect

If you have vista try this.

Right click> personalize > windows colour and appearnace> then go classic menu style> set it to windows vista basic.

This will get rid of transparency and will make stuff load up faster. As thats what i have it set to.

I have 2gb's of ram
no transparent menus

Works perfect cant see anything that would affect this.

I'm using version 2.5.0d and I run the game under Windows XP and it works almost as usual... It's just a little bit laggier though...

My computer specs... Nothing special at all!!!

Athlon64 3200+ 2,0GHz
1GB RAM
GeForce 6200 256MB

OK! After about 30min playing the computer got WAY TOO laggy... Even though I searched programs being executed in the background, I found none. And AgBot's processor requirement is really low, while SilkRoad's processor requirement is way larger than usual... usually at 15-20%, right now is at 56%... strange... dont know why... didnt change any configs...

Anyway... good luck for US... XD

2.4.4 is the best
everytime u update the bot it sucks even more
now i cant even launch config or anything else
just stick to 2.4.4 everyone, at least it works, AND DOESNT GIVE DC AT TOWN
