TRADE_MON_FACTOR is the Right Thing to Change The Spawn mobs If you have Lower number in Value you got more Spawn if you have higher you got less thief Spawn :) thx!

the problem was because the 2nd IP was not asociate with my local IP.
so that make that the 2nd GS and Machine cant connect it with the 2nd IP

Q2: TRADE_MON_FACTOR lower number = lower thiefs i got MON_Factor = 40 and spawn around 7-8 thiefs with 5*
if you change it to 30 will spawn around 4-5 with 5*
so i think if u change it to 20-22...
