Pokemon Go permanent ban unban?

selbiges hier: ich komme nicht mehr in meinen Mainaccount, der nicht eine Sekunde ein falsches / gefaktes GPS Signal hatte geschweige denn gebottet wurde. Ärgerlich ist es in dem Fall besonders, weil ich auf diesem Account auch noch Geld in die Hand genommen habe.
Ich bin auf eine Reaktion seitens Niantic gespannt. Eine Email habe ich bisher nicht erhalten. Ich hab aber mal ein Ticket erstellt. Daumen drücken

Mein Fakeaccount, mit dem ich die verschiedenen Bots getestet habe, ist seit mehreren Tagen gesperrt.

Ist doch wirklich komisch sowas... noch besser war aber, dass ich Niantic schonmal anschrieb (auf englisch halt) und dann aber folgende Antwort erhielt:

Sowieso alles komisch. Formular auf deutsch. Man schreibt auf deutsch -> krieg ne englische Antwort. Dann auf die englische Antwort nochmal nen englischen Appeal geschickt. Mal abwarten.

Jetzt hab ich neues Ticket eröffnet und direkt darauf geantwortet mit einer Weltreisen Story auf deutsch wie auf englisch das die das auch verstehen bin mal gespannt

Hast du deine Erklärung zwischen der Zeile mit den Rauten und dem Datum?
Jedes Mal, wenn ich eine Erklärung abschicke bekomme ich eine neue Nachricht wo ich wieder was reinschreiben soll.
Ist das normal oder hab ich das Format verpasst?

Hab jetzt einmal komplett über der Zeile geschrieben (Zeile mit den Hashtags), in die Zeile (mit den Hashtags) und einmal zwischen den Zeilen (mit den Hashtags) und der Überschrift ("Am Donnerstag, 18.08 schrie Niantics ....")

Hoffe ihr versteht was ich meine XD
