If you mean getting a ban liftet then yes, there are some ways.
You can ask the PUBG support for an unban, saying you got hacked for example.
There are also unban services but in my opinion they are mostly scam (you pay regardless if you get unbanned or not and the person uses a copy paste message to get you unbanned)

Yes, I actually agreed with someone to unblock my account, but he stole me, and I posted to warn friends about this scammer, but my topic was deleted!
