You got to love how when cheat providers make mistakes how many of them will try justifying there ******, lazy unresponsive customer care even when the evidence condemning them is overwhelming. I doubt you will receive a proper reply from said developer, like most they will just ignore the issue or attack you.

We don't scam people, nor did we deny the user a refund. As the screenshots show we all replied (besides Hal) to the user and tried to assist them, but our help didn't fix the issue. I then stopped replying on the 11th which is on me, I've been overwhelmed these last few days.

You can think as you please but I highly suggest you don't group together all cheat providers into a bubble.

If you review the pictures, you can see that I replied to all but 1 messages from the user, rather promptly, to help them, never denying the concept of a refund if my solutions didn't work.

My cheat works for most users. Every now and then I get a user who can't get it to work, and I don't know why, so after 1-2 weeks of trying, I refund them. Obviously a refund is usually the not preferred outcome for the customer as well which is why I try for a long while to get them working. I also wanted to know the bug so I could fix it.

Not all devs are the same.

GLAD to hear. It only benefits you guys as a company to make the effort here to clear your name. Others will see and in the long haul you will prosper from this.
