Whenever i had a problem i went to irc, wrote ONE single message and let the window open. And in like 1 minute to 2 hours i got help. no mercy words or anything but usefull information about my problem...

They are doing a good job. They don t have to lick your ***. Be happy with the cheats and if you are unlucky with them because you think you are banned because of them, then maybe change the provider? There are tons of other Premium cheats out there which you can purchase. No luck on AA? Go to x22 or somewhere else ??

Steam was released in 2003 , just so you know mate, if you are a cheater and your first steam account has never being banned on any game then you are a magician.

Been a member for a few years:

AA is a garbage service staffed by garbage people, sad, the product looks and performs well, but is often detected, they never admit responsibility when it is and then they take a really long time to update it, tell you its undetected...only for it to be detected very quickly again.
If you are worried about whether it is detected and are wondering when a product you paid for will be safe to use again, tough luck, don't expect any form of decent customer support, you will be labelled impatient and told to just sit and wait.

I reported that the cheat loader they had crashed, and when i talked to them on irc they banned me. They were really rude and called me stupid when i said it dident work, and i used their cheat many times so i did know how it worked. When i asked them for a link of external program they had, they got so mad at me for not knowing even when i searched their forums many times. It was so hard to find and when i said you need to stop being rude to your costumer they banned me from their forums and the cheat it self. People stay away from them, they will scam you even with the PUBG cheat they have. Costumer support there is not costumer support, they are always right and the costumer is always wrong. And if you dare to challenge them on it you risk getting banned

Old staff has been replaced. Problems have been sussed out. All in all, AA is top notch and the same can now be said about it's staff.

Stop crying. Im an on and off customer over last 10 years. The rules at AA are strict but simple. Follow the rules and be nice to the staff.
I had several talks with the differen staff guys. And every conversation was nice and respectful. Act as an adult and you get treated like an adult.

their staff are punks very rude little kiddies still living in mummies basement, what they dont realise is when you sell a product with it comes questions be ready to answer and support, dont be rude to people who spend money. i myself have had a bad experience with them with rust a long while back maybe 3 years ago or 4 i would stay away from anyone who starts cursing you after 2 questions and from my experience i would warn others to stay clear

Yeah their hacks generally work but should you ever need support with anything you'll get told off. I'm using PerfectAim now.

They also delete your Trustpilot review and ban you from their site for any critique.
