Once your account is banned, you will not be able to play games which use VAC as anti-cheat. Eventually you have to buy the game on a different account to play it again.

Nope, thats wrong.. valve doesn't give vac range bans anymore since 2years and this game doesn't use vac anyways...

If you get a ban in PUBG you will have a Game-ban only for PUBG so you have to buy the game on another acc to be able to play it again.
