Heya! In all honesty, it's impossible to estimate the success chance, as it isn't an exact science process, but what we can say for sure is that we'll be doing our very best possible to overturn both bans (or whichever account you want), should you want to give us a shot.

That being said, if you've already appealed the bans and pursued a certain defense path, you should PM me here and tell me roughly what you've said, and based on that, I can tell you if it's worth going for it or not.

After about 8 days (1 ticket) - 4 days of waiting for the game developers investigation, I'm now unbanned.

Dw1ght was fast at replying via email and the directions he included were simple to follow. I have no complaints, he got it done in one ticket.

Heya! Given that 3 years have passed since then, no, it shouldn't affect it in the slightest.

Dw1ght That time you managed to disband me on PUBG, I used only 2 tickets and we got it. I bought the FIVER package, can we start the process to try to clear me in the cs:go with my remaining tickets? If we need more I will pay more...
