You reached out regarding the suspension of your Overwatch account and your request to have it lifted.
Blizzard is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment. As part of this effort, we continuously monitor and take action against any behavior that disrupts fair play, including the use of unauthorized third-party programs, account sharing, or transferring, which are all considered violations.
In your case, such activity was detected, resulting in the suspension of your account. However, after reviewing the situation and considering the effort you’ve put into securing your account, we found evidence of account compromise. This has been verified, and we’ve made an exception to lift the suspension due to these circumstances.
▶ Your suspension has been lifted, and you can now play Overwatch again.
▶ If your security question/answer was changed due to the account compromise, please reset it by visiting the following path: Homepage → Account Management → Security → Verify Security Question.
Please note, however, that account owners are ultimately responsible for all activity on their accounts. Changes in login locations or access from unfamiliar IP addresses cannot be solely relied upon as evidence of account compromise due to the nature of online systems.
