but that's rarely the case for these things because it's either just made up (“for no reason”) or a misunderstanding in the first place.
Everyone receives a Transcript of their Ticket, and we always store these in case we need to review them as well, so feel free to reach out, and I will look it up with you.

Since we are not an insurance or finance company but still providing support to people all around the globe on a daily basis, it should be reasonable that we don't remember each case and that misunderstandings can happen.

That said, since we are on Discord and talking to people who are for the most part familiar with the gaming community, chat language and environment is very different from mentioned companies.
It's definitely not normal to insist on formal attitude, and we will be pretty straight forward if fresh members who never wrote a word on our Discord start acting like they own us, or we owe them anything.

There might be cultural differences, but I dare to say that this is something most can agree with.

We have to deal with thousands of members and also many new users per day with all sorts of different intentions.

If we are asking new Users for information to verify and to be able to proceed in further cases, that's a completely normal procedure.
Asking for basic user and hardware information is nothing intrusive, but we still get insulted for doing so.

There's people who prefer to argue instead of taking half a minute of their time to write down their Wyvern User and OS Version so we can simply compensate lost time or assist them way faster and more user-friendly in the future.

Some refuse to corporate with us or start pinging Members from our Staff right after creating a Ticket, and we do warn Members, and we are loud when it comes to wrong, annoying or manipulative behavior, if that's considered very rude, so be it.

I hope this is helpful not just for this particular comment but in general,
felt like sharing some insights since I myself finished hundreds of support tickets within the last months and I do personally care as well.

Take the critic, and improve your support, there's other people complaining about this. I don't want to discuss this any further as you're very defensive about this.

You can always use “LOAD SPOOFER (WITHOUT CHEAT)” instead, if you want to use the Spoofer while playing legit.

I have maybe a stupid question. The aimbot has not been working at widowmaker for a few weeks. I've already tried everything. With all other heroes it works without any problems EDIT: The problem is only in scoped, when I using the rifle mode with her the aimbot works fine.

That is definitely not a stupid question.
We would need to know which of the Aimbots is not working with Scoped.

Besides, there was nothing reported in this regard within many months, so it might be a matter of settings.

For Example, the wrong Aim Key or Aimbot, Enabled vs. Disabled.

cheat is very good used it for a day and was really good, their support is very good and helpful the cheat was not working for me and the support team helped me fix the issue and get it working, only bad thing i would say about it is that it is expensive if you plan to use it long term but definitley worth the price if you play a lot of ow

That's because of the latest Windows Updates.
Uninstall the recent Update(s), please.
Restart and try again.

Microsoft is releasing PDB information later on.
You are supposed to delay or block the New Updates at least a few weeks after release before you grab them.

Second day using this and so far it's really good with the right settings dialled in. There's no option to target allies which is a shame but hopefully you guys add that feature in as a toggle maybe? Would greatly benefit playing heroes like ana and juno.

An 'esp free' version as a secondary cheaper tier would be good as well as I never use it.

Either way keep up the good work and support!

Juno is the only Hero that does not support Allies yet.
She's been used mostly with Backtrack only, since her whole Kit is basically just tracking and does not really require a primary Aimbot.
There is the option to set Track Aimbot for Enemies.

Other than that, we do support both Allied and Enemy Units with all Heroes in All Game Modes, exceptions might apply to Custom games and Temporary ones.

Since Ana was mentioned, the Aimbot will prioritize units based on smart targeting logic (health, range, field of view), so teammates will be healed or enemies will be damaged depending on the Hitbox that is in focus.

I tried the 2 hour free trial and I must say that it is the best cheat I've tried for OW, being able to configure so many parameters to your liking for each hero is amazing, I hope they continue like this for a long time.

They state that the program is compatible with all Windows versions and builds.



Apparently, that's not the case. Many users are encountering blue screens, and the staff is placing the blame on us???, forcing us to roll back the latest Windows builds if we want to use their program.

Wyvern is not a bad provider but keep in mind to use the trial first before wasting your money like me!
You should also use some smurf/alt account since its detected frequently.
