Bought subscription had a minor issue in the chat where I accidently sent a group invite to some random user and now i'm banned (I didn't do it on purpose it was an expired invite I wanted to block the person not invite him and missclicked). Here's the screenshot of my payment (240€ for 1 month)
I'm still waiting to get readded to the discord or if i'm not allowed anymore atleast let me know. If I wouldn't be allowed I expect a refund as I have not been able to use my subcription as it was purchased 22nd of march and their framework is being updated since the 19th and still going.
I hope we can resolve this issue since 240€ isn't nothing and i'm still looking forward to using your software and being part of your community as it seems very nice.
I haven't had any issues other then this i've had great support from the admins and the team.
I'm not here to start making problems I love Xeraph but sometimes don't get allong with the people in chat hence why I block them. I understand the confusion as I was not in the "user" rank but am an user.
Reason for this post is because I cannot contact Vortex as he blocked me
