the problem with such accounts always is that you can easily get it back by calling Blizzard and providing an ID.

There is absolutely no guarantee you won't do that now, in a month or a year. Had said issues back in the days with bought WoW accounts.

Not trying to negatively influence your post here, just asking whether you can provide some kind of security measures (like no real name entered as account details and stuff)
