Please be aware this may be a scam. After asking to pay in paypal and requesting friends/family payment he reported his account was disabled because of incorrect payment method (purchase)
After paying again in skrill he tells me money paid was wrong. After raising a case with skrill turns out it converted the payment to Euros so the doctored image he sent me is false. See below.
He in no longer on Skype. So I can only assume he is scamming people unless he want to answer these questions?
