w00t file, problem with w00t.exe and woot login-server.exe

Hi my problem is this:

When i open the login-server or the w00t.exe file i have an error:

If i open the world_server i don't receive any error.
If someone want add me on skype, this is my skype name:jasonperone200

What does that error mean in English?

it say:
The application has failed to start correctly (0xc000007b).
Click OK to close the application
