Does resistances works? If so, to what max %? On other server it's sligtly visible or don't work as expected (e.g taking 280 damage with 0% res and 200 with 80% res from mob with 0% elemental damage)

server could be nice , but things like upgrade materials and equipment are harder to get than offi server , and this extrem lags makes it more impossible than it its already ...

little review after 2 days of playing:
pro:
-rates
-friendly crew
-lil bit less lags than at start
ok thats it ..

con:
-shiet community , never try to ask for any kind of help because it will be a waste of speakers
-upgrade material still extrem hard to get because only aviable in raids and craftable with coupons
-lod not 24/7 open
-equip at npc is only up to level 45 +7 (so Act 6 no way to do it solo)
-GM´s joining raidteams (unfair advantage , i know every knows what i mean ..)

so i can´t recommend to play on this server , but next to all these other **** server here , it is one of the best (sadly ...)
