No problem, my english isn't perfect too.
Anyway there is a option "use skills if enemy is less than x%" maybe try something with it.

Try to close firefox or your another internet browser before run Manager.exe and bot (after start you can run it again) and remember about run bot with admin permissions

EN: Do the window name is changing from NosTale to NosTale(numbers)?

PL: To pamiętaj żeby zrestartować NosTale po tym, bo on chyba też coś zmienia przy nazwie okna.
EN: Just remember to restart NosTale after it, because it probably change something with window name.

How does the skill-using work?
I tried using it at Pii's but he never uses it, I figured maybe he only uses it after the first attack?
that obviously wouldn't work since Pii's are 1-hit
