Tried it, it works.

Make sure that your Cheat Egnine is updated to the 6.6 version , and when you launch the program , look at the task bar, place the cursor on cheat engine logo , and do a right-click and search the " Move option ".

After while simply replace it using the up , left , down or right keys , depending on where the window is.

Hold Shift and right click on the cheat engine logo
and you will see "move"
click on it and use keyboard arrow, deplace it and voila !
