good night, I need help to know how this hack. I've downloaded several times and do not know how to operate it. for more k I install it on my pc and it does nothing for me Habro. k someone explain to me how I can make it work please

CPL File

I have windows 7 64bit as well, when I right click the CPL file there is no where to run compatibility mode - if this were an exe file I would be able to run it, but how to I run CPL in compatibility mode? please help
