I am guessing this might have been answered before, but:
It seems like the Vinyl Manager by Vitaleks has stopped working. This is true whether I use the new 1.9.3 server by Nilzao, or the Aug. 7, 2015 revision of the original server by Berkay. I know for a fact that it at one point worked on the Aug. 7, 2015 version of Berkay's server.
Recently, I always get the message, "Hm, I think my server is bussy [sic] now, or you don't have internet connection, sorry".
Is there a modified version of this, or a similar program, that will actually work?

Berkay, you can make a Offline Version of VisualpartsManager, worldshaders and camhacks?
PS: VinylManager doesn't work :/
As far as I know, only "Shard, Upload, Steal it!" and anything when "Shard" is clicked should show that message. Locally, it should be fine. I'll take a look at it later though.

You are a legend. Good to see you're still hanging around these forums. I'd have considered doing it myself if there was any chance I could hack the EXE, but I am at this point only barely aware of how to work Cheat Engine (for example). If anyone here needed some Java or something, that would be a different story.
