Will never happen with this team.

They need to learn why have to share the code of a huge project like this.

Nilzao, it's u that dev the soapbox server right ?
They just have to repair the freeroam (the players cant see eachothers.
Me and a friend (very good in Java code) we try to help us.

Don't need to repair freeroam, need to make it from scratch, there are only proof of concept code there.

If you wanna help, fork the project in github and commit your changes.

Yes he talked me about that, but if the sync works in race, in freeroam it can work too no ?

Sync in race need to be done, and 3+ players too.

Freeroam need to be 100% done, it's not like the race server.

Have to hack hard a lot! Need time and skills for that.

These kids just have time, when they get the skills, the adult life will call and the free time will be gone.

Why EA doesn't share the server files... It's so hard to do like EA... The server was perfect..

The server files are available:

Http and Xmpp servers are already fully done and functional. Udp server is the problem, need some l33t h4x0r for that. I'm working on my offline server for the moment, but I did take a look at it a while back and it's safe to say you need to spend more energy and time than anyone is willing to on this to crack the Udp fully. I just stopped caring about at this point tbh.

@ managed to crack the udp enough to get it going. However, since he is/was the only one to work on it, it doesn't function as it normally should.

It's either bad sync throughout () or just no sync at all ().

It's a recorded udp packets from official servers.

Like a backup to study when the servers gone offline.

I think the UDP server is impossible to create correctly ...

With time, xtreme high level hacks skills, dev skills, networking skills, high iq, lot's of coffee.

Or...

A lot of money to buy a team to do that.

Yes, its sad, even more knowing so many players are still missing NFS World Online...

Meeting them in The Crew, NFS 2016, TDU2 or No Limits & Asphalt 8 on android and so on; all missing something the other games can't provide:
