UDP discussion - freeroam

Just follow the readmes inside udp sdk to get it running.

Freeroam packages are fragmented, 2 types inside same packet.

Player identification, player position.

Can have more than one player id and pos in the same packet.

almost working, just one player can see the other, and lags a lot...

when i make this work i will merge the branches.

try teleport nearby to test.
