The Cherry Blossom Community Goal Event – April 3 (00:00 UTC) – April 9 (23:59 UTC)
The Cherry Blossom Festival was first celebrated in Need for Speed World two years ago, with the release of the Cherry Blossom Mazda RX-7 RZ and Cherry Blossom Community Challenge. Back then, the community was given a goal of completing 5 million in-game events in a week driving Japanese cars. In 2013, the community trashed the target by completing 5.2 million events. Today we want you to beat that record!
If the community, as a whole, is able to complete 5.2 MILLION in-game events while driving Asian cars between Friday, April 3 and Thursday, April 9 we will make all Race Improved and Race Sport performance parts available for in-game cash. To play it safe, we have divided these parts into eight tiers and given each tier a separate target, so even if today’s community can’t match the community two years ago, the efforts won’t go in vain.
Here are the targets and what they will unlock:

How do I participate / enter?
All you need to do to participate is login to NFS World during the event period and complete as many in-game events (Circuit, Sprints, Team Escapes, or Drags) while driving an Asian car as many times as you can! You can do these events in all 3 game modes (singleplayer, multiplayer and private match).
To clarify, the following manufacturers are counted as Asian: Infiniti, Lexus, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Scion, Subaru and Toyota.
It’s important to note that you need to finish the event (cross the finish line / evade)! If you enter the event but exit before crossing the finish line or successfully evading it will not be counted towards the 5.2 million completed events.
When will we know if we reached the goal?
We will be announcing the numbers and unlocking the new parts the next day after the targets are met.
Will there be a code to redeem if the community reaches the top target?
NO. This is the first community event without any personal rewards. We want to see our community pull together to achieve something for the good of the whole community. If everyone participates, the targets we set will be easily accomplished, but that’s only if everyone participates.
Now get out there and race, but leave your American and European cars in the garage!
EA TOS applies.
p.s as be4 I would not use hacks to do this as they are counting races again
