How to unlock all vinyls in the store?

Hello, I have seen many videos on YT, where players have vinyl brands like Nissan, Lamborghini and others. As I know, this can be unlocked with Boost, but my question is, where?, Now I see that if you buy 4550 or more Boost Pack includes Chevrolet Vinyls.

Is there any other way to get those vinyls?

They are boost specials and are mostly a part of the top-up offer.

well i know there is hack or bug , once i enterd in vinyl shop and i see bunch of them , bmw , jdm ,g power and others , i was happy i costumized my car then i wanted to costumize others , but when i enterd they were gone :| well if there is bug there can be hack to
