Mission
We stride as a server and administration to provide a simple and fun experience for all players of Minecraft.

Regulation Rules
There are no specific in-game rules such as building or griefing regulations but there are several chat restrictions.

Harassment toward any user is strictly prohibited at all times.

Swearing is allowed but excessive swearing is looked down upon and administrative action could take place.

Users of the server must obey the administration. Users are allowed to report any counts of abuse from staff. Proof is optional but can help your case. (*Screenshots are the best forms of proof. Doctored screenshots will cause you to be banned from the server immediately*)

The staff request users be as respectful as possible towards users. Since this is a Faction server and there could be possible negative feelings among factions and or users, the administration requests users to tone it down as much as possible. Remember, it is just a game.

The use of modified versions of Minecraft is strictly prohibited. These include: clients, hack clients, fly mods, xray, PVP enhancements such as aimbots, etc.
*Optifine however is allowed.



What is allowed
Since this is a hardcore survival server with factions, we allow any in-game acts. These include: Griefing, Raiding and more. Griefing of administration buildings such as spawn are nearly impossible due to WorldGuard protections but if a user is found to of griefed one of these structures, a possible temporary ban could be applied.

Penalties
Fail to follow any of the server rules can and will result in a penalty of some sort.

Kicked off of the server: Warning from Staff
Temporary Banned: Punishment for not following a/the rule(s)
Permanent Ban: You are not allowed back on the server. You are allowed to argue your ban and a possible unbar can be granted.

User Permissions/Commands

When you join the server, you start off in the rank Player. As a player of the server, you are allowed to create and join factions as well as buy and sell from the store. (On first join, you are given $500 of server credit as well as a start kit that contains food, armor and tools + a weapon)

Basic Commands:
/help (lists all commands that the user can use
/f help (lists all faction commands)
/sethome & /home (home commands)
/who (lists who is logged on the server)
/ping (check your lag) (the faster you get “Pong” the better)
/vote (displays voting links to the user)
