The eterManager don't pack " I " i tried with " i " and work
The eterManager simply don't read " I "

Thanks for reporting, but they're both non-issues :P. The first is a consequence of a incoherent index file (.eix), to fix it just delete the "unamed" files and rebuild. The Eter Manager tries to unpack files even with incomplete headers, hence the default naming. If you want to make sure: (Notice how both the number of files and its content are the same)

The second is just the client expecting it as lower case, I guess. To make sure, do the following:

- Pack root with Eter Nexus
- Name it something like "root_2"
- Move it to the folder being monitored by Eter Manager
- Press "Browse file index" (3rd button)
- Is the name in lower case?

TL;DR: I suspect Eter Nexus normalizes every file name to lower case to avoid such issues.

Okay, i renamed localeInfo with LOCALEINFO and packed with EterNexus and then i opened index file with your EterManager.. the result was this YES, Eternexus change the name of evry file with lower case...

I renamed localeInfo with LOCALEINFO.py and packed directly with EterManager.. and the result was this



Conclusion : EterManager pack the files with the exact name. EterNexus change the files with lower case...


This tool become very good evry day.

- Profile dropdown box on the main window now properly updates when changing profile from the secondary window (Manage -> Profiles)

This version don't start.
It open as a background process but don't start windows.

EDIT :
Okay, my bad. After windows reset all works fine. But issue with lower case isn't solved.

And one lyttle note the index key isn't the default one.

It will be good to memorate the pack type used for a specific file. Anyway good tool!

Please upload the files you were trying to process, the profile settings (if you changed the keys) and the file called "dp.settings". There's not much I can do if I can't reproduce the issues...

This happens when i try to extract a file with path ymir work. The tool generates a strange path d:=ne:d/ in dp.settings.

That's not happening on my machine, so the virtual path is not what's causing this behaviour. Please send me the files I asked you so I can further investigate the issue.
