[DIF] Mining Drops. Part: 3 (For New Ores)

UPDATE::
Hello to everyone!
I am here again with one more dif release.
I got lot of pm about new ores bug. When you add new ores player can't cultivate new ores because there we have a function to protect ore vnums. Which is ore vnum or which is not ore vnum if is it ore vnum returns true and player can cultivate .

I removed this protection, this function returns bool. So, true false.

Alright people Chikyou tested this dif and it seems to working.. Thanks to Chikyou. For Testing. :
