Die Npc ist falsch. Solltest du mal aktualisieren . Checkt mal die Vnums und die Tabs.

Works for latest versions of AirRivals / AirRivals DE.
Dynamic regen:
Interval = time that regen will be off (in seconds)
Duration = time that regen will be on (in seconds)

Da einige immer noch nicht die Regen Files für Nova´s Quest haben Release ich sie jetzt.
Im Anhang ist eine Map Quest und die Regen.
Die Quest fügt man ganz normal ein, allerdings fügt man in der questlib.lua unter
special =
