[Release]Bigger bonus for party using book of leader

Hi. Now, I will publish 2 difference files.
First of them will increase bonus of 'book of leader' (Vnum 70003 and 71012).

It changes it from 30% (1E in hex) to 50% (32 in hex).


Second dif will be less interesting. After we apply it, everybody in party will can use book of leader, and it will work

My bad. There are 2 bytes for this variable, so max. bonus is 32767

this book increase exp in party when we are 2,3,4,5,6,7 or 8 in party

After apply this to the game file ... everybody can take on the book, but if 3 or 4 people in group wear this book, the amount of exp will be +30%(+50%) or it will be increased again ?

My bad, bonus is only one. If 1 guy wear that, bonus = 30%(50%), and if 8 guys wear that, bonus is still 30%(50%)
