Bug on P server

Hello, my name is Dragos so i have one problem with a bug on a server
Im [GA], i can enter on my p server, but they (other player's ) can't enter because in a same secounds of enter server kick them. Please help me to resolve thoose bug. Thank's!

Do a Reboot and try it again.
if the problem is still not fixed, close all your firewalls!! (Windows Firewall too!!)
And try again
