Istant Server Metin2

Hello everyone, I downloaded and installed the instant server by Raven.
I logged with the default account but it is not GM.
How do I set up the account as a GM?

->mysql open
->mysql - common/gmlist
->type in your accid and name, in the last field "IMPLEMENTOR"
->safe
->mysql - common/gmhost
-> type in your IP
->safe
->start server
->done
