HELP PLEASE

I made a server with daroo 2011 server files.I can join but my friend cant he tried to use the ip with .100 at the end and then my normal ip and its not working.Anyone can help me please?

Do you use Portmap.exe, do they use a surakopf.exe and is your firewall switched off?
