Mysql / Datenbank fehler

Hallo Com..
Ich bräuchte mal eine kleine Hilfe...

Ich habe gester Mysql5.0 neuinstalliert auf dem Root, doch nun besteht ein problem dass ich nicht alle Tabellen öffnen kann.
Bei viele Tabellen kommt der Fehler mit
"Unknown collation 'big5_chinese_ci' in table

wer könnte mir da helfen ?

ich glaube dass es heißt, dass die schrift 'big5_chinese_ci' nicht erkannt wird....

mhh ich weiß jetzt nicht wie du genau vorgehen musst. Sag mir mal noch welche tabellen du nicht öffen kannst...vllt komme ich auf einen lösung

Ich vermute du hast bei der Installation von mySQL nicht darauf geachtet, dass du auch alle Zeichenkodierungen installierst.
Aber das ist nur eine Vermutung, es kann natürlich auch was anderes sein.
Wie man diese nachträglich installiert kannst du via. nachschauen.
