Hi all.. please how to do that there was no notification when GM killed the boss

Quest:

quest boss begin
        state start begin
                when 2206.kill begin
                        notice_all(pc.get_name().." kill....!")
                end
                when 2307.kill begin
                        notice_all(pc.get_name().." kill....!")
                end....
