Hier ein kleiner Einblick in die aktuellen Updates und unser Dankeschön an unsere treuen Spieler.
Dear Community,
Today marks WoM's third anniversary!
We are aware of our own, as one song says - perfect imperfections, and we will give our best to improve on every single thing so that next year we can be here, with more strength and with everyone a little bit happier. It's a game, after all, and that's what it's all about, joy.
We are thankful for all your feedback during these three years because that's what makes our team better and better. We always have and always will accept your criticism, positive or negative, and actually appreciate it.
We wouldn't be here without you, and it never hurts to give out a bit on special occasions so, like last year, we're extending everyone's Lucky Gold Coin and Thief Glove for 7 days/year played. That is, those of you who stuck with us since the beginning will be getting a full 21 days, two year-old accounts will be getting 14 days, one year-old accounts will be receiving 7 days, and all you other younglings (that is, accounts that are not even a year old) will be receiving three complimentary days - it's on us!
Whenever you need to get away from the every day routine we will be there for you, waiting to make your day even better. Thank you for regularly putting your faith in us and for your loyalty. Thank you for being part of the great community that, in the end, makes the game.

It is not update-related, but hey, it is. And we're happy about it, and gifting everyone a little bit. That's not how birthdays work, you say? Well, that's how ours go. See the full announcement.
Shopping improvements
If you're a heavy shopper, you might have been annoyed sometimes by how hard it can be to browse from one shop to another fast. Hopefully being able to search for specific skill books and band of oblivions will reduce your need of doing that, but we still improved it anyway: Now you can just click shops around the map and they will be opened. No need to close the one you had open all the time!
Additional book reading information
This has possibly been one of the most requested features, so there we go: The next time you check if you can read a book, you will see a little sentence that hints how much time is left! That is, trying to read a book when there are merely 2h left will display a different sentence than doing so when there are 4h left.
We're not releasing a list of these sentences and how they correlate to ranges of time left (that's up to you to figure out, and it should be easy if there's any bit of collaborative effort), but we will tell you this:
- They range from 24h+ left to 15m left.
- There are 10 different sentences, with increasing accuracy as the time left is reduced, so that you can better estimate the time.
These messages apply to the different Leadership Books, Soul Stones, Skill Books, Tomes, Secrets, and the Heart of the Dragon/Claw of the Dragon books.
We've also revamped some of the existing messages for them to be more clear, including additional progress information in some cases. Success rate for Secret Books has also been raised by 5%, from 75% to 80%.
Guild lands
We've corrected the building positioning issues, and we've allowed for walls to be placed multiple times. Your guild land can now look slicker than ever!
Know just how many items you picked up
Awesome! I just picked up 15 potions! That's great drop. Or wait, maybe I already had 5? Or no, I think I traded those.... Does that sound familiar at all? If not, you may not have an use for this feature. Or maybe we don't have such exciting drops. But if that's what you think, then we're definitely improving it for when we do!
From this update onwards, you will see how many items you just picked up on the informative chat line that displays on the bottom of the screen.
Fixed Alt+tab stucking your cursor
It might just be me, but this bug (right clicking, then alt-tabbing, and having the game hold your cursor prisoner) has annoyed me countless times. Hopefully I'm not alone at being annoyed and we can all rejoice together that this is fixed once and for all.

Skill Books and Band of Oblivions can now be searched per skill.
Shop Search button is now correctly moved when right-clicking a shop.
You can now change the shop you're browsing without first having to close the open one.
Search window and autocomplete behaviour have been refined as well.
[Fix] Fixed a case where typing into the shop search window would not work.
[Fix] Shop Search price display properly works now.
Guild lands:
Fixed issues with positioning.
Walls can now be placed multiple times!
Books:
Raised success chance of secrets by 5%, to 80%.
Clicking on a book will yield a sentence that hints the time left for the next possible read.
Trying to read a book for a skill you can't learn (because it's not for your class) will now yield an unique message.
Multiple other improvements on messages and texts on skill book/soul stone reading, including the addition of some new ones.
Changes:
Removed tradability from Rough Dragon Soul Stones.
If a player loses the clay on Pung-Ho's quest "The War of Spiden Dungeon", they can now try again (albeit for a lower reward than getting it right at first).
It will no longer be possible to interact with the Stable Boy while running any of the two horse timed challenges (Levels 11 and 21). Instead, the Stable Boy will briefly summarize the challenge to the player again and tell them to go there.
Fixes:
Prevented alt-tabbing away while holding the right cursor from bugging your cursor out.
Dragon Soul items
Prevented moving attached Dragon Soul Stones into storage.
Fixed Legendary Dragon Soul items ending up attached just by moving them on their inventory.
Fixed trading of Dragon Soul items failling under certain conditions
Improved handling of possible errors when trying to close a shop - the shop will no longer get falsely closed.
Given a correct name to 90095 (claw_spider_web).
Repeatable Yang-Shin herbs quest can now always be aborted.
Prevented metins from spawning at an unreachable spot on Snakefield.
Removed a safezone in the middle of nowhere on Shinsoo's second town.
Other minor corrections.
