Login Port startet nicht

Hallo wir haben es jetzt mehr mals versucht den Server zum laufen zu bekommen. ( Root Server )
Nach Etweiligen versuchen hat es immer noch nicht geklappt.
Ich versuche mal hier eine Lösung zu finden..
