I have a problem . I can't see the hair . I completed everything ( quest , msm , pc.epk , locale etc. )

This rar contains : querry . locale files , pc2.epk pc.epk ( in these pc you can find the hair files ) , hair.quest ( edit by me ) . Please correct me somewhere I am wrong .
Hair problem 09/06/2009 - CO2 Weapon, Armor, Effects & Interface edits - 10 Replies I've started work on a "Snow Queen" theme for a Tao, got the garmet finished and the bs... But now I'm stuck. I edited the dis city hair my tao has, which I found in the texture folder (1000921), but after saving it doesn't appear in the game. I tried moving it to the hair folder, still nothing.
Does anyone know which folder it has to be in or what name it has to have for it to show? Or if it is even posible... I've changed normal hairs but this hairstyle is the best for my garmet >.< Oh and...
