M2 multihack v3.9

Hi, i dont speak german so please every answes write it at english.
I play metin.us and i try to use mulihack v3.9 but it doesnt work.
Maybe i do something wrong can someone expain me what do i have to do with steps?

If someone doesnt know very good english he can post an video that shows how to use it!!!
